Digital Products – No Returns All products sold on instantebooks.co are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

No Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase, provided the customer has given explicit consent. By completing your purchase, you confirm that delivery starts immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions – When We Do Refund We will issue a full refund if:

• The file is corrupt or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong product
• The product was not delivered after payment
